  • Reservation is on 'first come first serve' basis, upon receiving of reservation payment.

  • Minimum reservation paymemt equivalent to 50% of the total amount quoted.

Important Note:

Reservation changes / cancellation might incur charges or forfeting deposit fee. Please refer to 'Terms & Conditions' as well as 'FAQ' pages for details. 

  1. Reservation will only be confirmed with a payment equivalent to 50% or more, of the total rental cost.

  2. For non-Malaysian, we accept reservation payment via credit card or Paypal account transfer only.

  3. By credit card (VISA / Master) via Paypal,

    • Subject to 4% handling fee charges, based on total amount, and will be reflected in quotation / invoice.

    • Accepted for payment for reservation & add-on (only for confirmation of add-on during reservation payment).

    • Not require to be Paypal account holder for credit card payment. 

    • Important note:

      • For Paypal assistance, contact Paypal Customer Service (Malaysia) – 03-7723 7155

      • Certain Malaysia banks issued Credit Card may requires pre-authorization for successful credit card payment through Paypal. 

  4. By CASH,

    • Online transfer or direct bank-in to Maybank or CIMB accounts. Account details will be provided when reservation finalized.  

    • Proof of payment requires, please send to us via email or Whatsapp attachment.

    • For GIRO inter-bank transfer, processing time is 1 to 3 working days. Please notify us prior to transfer, and proof of payment requires for reserving the bungalow till payment received.

    • Only cash accepted during check in, for rental balance payment, add-on packs payment, as well as incidental deposit.

  5. By company cheque,

    • Only for corporate event. Please contact us for more details.

  6. Official receipt with will be provided for ALL payment.
